Jumping Mat for 244 cm Trampoline

How to determine if the jumping mat is compatible:

• Never measure the jumping mat itself, as its flexible material can give misleading results! Instead, you need to check the trampoline frame’s diameter, the spring length (from hook to hook, in a relaxed state), and the number of springs.

• Frame outer diameter: 244 cm (sometimes labeled as “8 ft” on the packaging).

  • A difference of just a few centimeters in the outer diameter can cause issues (the mat will be too loose or won’t fit at all).

• Spring length: approx. 14 cm (usually 138 mm from hook to hook). Springs must be measured in a relaxed state (not stretched).

  • A difference greater than 4–5 mm in spring length can cause problems.

  • If the springs are longer: the jumping mat won’t be tight enough.

  • If the springs are shorter: the mat cannot be installed.

  • If only the spring size differs (while the frame size and spring count match), a solution could be to replace all springs with the correct size.

• Number of springs: this mat is only compatible with trampolines that have 48 springs.

  • Typically, trampolines with 3 "U"-shaped legs (i.e., 6 vertical poles) have 48 springs.

  • If your trampoline frame has more or fewer spring mounts, this mat will not fit safely.

  • Supermarket trampolines often have fewer springs. Brands like PLUM (sold in Tesco, for example) may have 44 or even fewer springs, and it is very difficult to find replacement mats for these. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a solution for such models.

• This jumping mat is primarily made for older SPARTAN trampolines (the newer versions are already 250 cm, or "8.2 ft" size), but it may be compatible with other brands that match the parameters above.
